Milestones

Today marks the 50th Wedding Anniversary of my dearly departed parents Onesimo and Edita Banares. They were married on Feb. 29, a leap year, so we celebrate their anniversary on the 28th during non-leap years. My parents were so looking forward to this milestone in their lives, but unfortunately they were called early to that big ballroom in the sky. Two dys from now, our family will also be marking the 3rd death anniversary of my father Onesimo, and tomorrow we will be marking my neice Karla's 17th birthday.
